Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, spoke tonight with the Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni to condemn the terrorist attack in Jerusalem that killed eight students and injured many more.
Solana transmitted to Livni his condolences to the families of the victims and to the Israeli authorities.
