Following the sensational arrest last week of alleged crime-syndicate head Assi Abutbul, the elite International Serious Crimes Unit of the Israel Police announced the arrest Wednesday of two people described as members of Abutbul's organization. The two, a Border Policeman and an enlisted IDF soldier, are suspected of stealing weapons and transferring them to Abutbul. The two will be brought before the Petah Tikvah Magistrate's Court Thursday for a remand extension.
