Study: Sderot residents suffered half a billion shekels in lost income

In the past year, Sderot residents have suffered half a billion shekels in lost income, a study conducted by the Bizportal Web site found Tuesday. The study also showed that a third of businesses in the beleaguered town had closed down and that 450 homes had suffered damage amounting to 25 million shekels. In addition, over the last two years, the town's population has dropped by 3,000, to 21,000, according to Bizportal
