Swedish tourist hit by jeep at the beach and seriously injured

A 28-year-old Swedish tourist was seriously injured Saturday when a jeep ran her over at a beach near Haifa.
The tourist was evacuated by Magen David Adom to a Haifa hospital, suffering from a head injury and bruises.
The driver of the off-road vehicle was taken for investigation by police.
