Tel Aviv: Police catch thief in the act

In the course of a routine operation by Yarkon District police detectives, police caught a 56-year-old man pick-pocketing a woman's bag at the corner of Allenby and King George streets in Tel Aviv on Thursday night. The detectives detained the suspect, and in the process discovered a cell phone that was stolen earlier from Tel Aviv's Carmel market. The suspect was arrested and taken for questioning at the Yarkon District station.
