Tel Aviv court turns back appeal to lift gag order on Olmert probe

A Tel Aviv court on Tuesday turned back an appeal by representatives of the Israeli media who requested that the gag order on Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's recent investigation be lifted.
The gag order, which was imposed by the police and the state attorney's office, expires on Sunday.
