Border Police forces caught a suspected Palestinian terrorist at Hizma checkpoint, north of Jerusalem, who was allegedly planning to perpetrate an attack on an Israeli target, it was released for publication on Wednesday.
The suspect was arrested as a result of intelligence gathered by the security establishment, which was followed by a heightened state of alert in the area.
