Tira resident suspected of conning tourists

A 30-year-old resident of Tira was arrested by police on suspicion that he had established a fraudulent travel agency and was collecting cash from foreign tourists in exchange for bogus vacation packages. According to estimates, the sum of the fraud amounted to approximately 200,000 shekels.
