A Dutch tourist threatened to commit suicide at Ben Gurion Airport by jumping from a height of 20 meters onto a train track on Thursday night. Police forces and firefighters arrived at the scene, and after some two hours of negotiations, the man was convinced not to jump. Some three weeks ago a similar incident occurred with tragic results, when a Swedish tourist threw his son from a height of nine meters in the Terminal 3 compound and then committed suicide. The boy was moderately wounded.
