Traffic jams countrywide due to weather, accidents

A number of roads were backed up countrywide on Thursday, due to bad weather and numerous accidents.
Despite this, the roads in the northern Golan Heights that were closed because of heavy snow have reopened.
The Hermon recreational area was still closed, though. The site's staff was using snowplows to maintain the trails in the face of the strong winds.
