Two young men in their 20s were found shot in a car near the Beersheba-Hatzerim highway on Tuesday evening, Magen David Adom reported.
MDA medics pronounced one of the young men dead on the scene, and worked unsuccessfully to save the life of the second, who died of his wounds shortly afterwards.
The two appeared to be Palestinian, the report said.
The circumstances of the incident were as yet unclear.
