UTJ concerned over Chabad hassidim voting Marzel

The United Torah Judaism party was concerned that large segments of the Chabad hassidic sect would vote for the far-right Jewish National Front party headed by Baruch Marzel, according to sources in the party. According to MK Rabbi Avraham Ravitz (UTJ), party officials were disappointed that Chabad hassidim retracted their support for the party. Ravitz blasted Marzel over the weekend, rejecting his claims of widespread support in the haredi street.
