Visitors will be denied entrance to the Temple Mount on Monday for fears of clashes between them and local Muslims. Tens of thousands of worshippers are expected to flock to Old City on Monday to celebrate Muhammad's birthday.
Police forces were deployed in and around the Old City in preparation, according to Army Radio.
