Volunteer for the Civil Guard gets community service for attacking youth

The Kfar Saba Magistrate's Court sentenced a volunteer with the Netanya Civil Guard to three months community service and seven months probation on Monday, after he was convicted of attacking a youth who had been detained. According to the conviction, Ya'akov Yehuda, 27, forced the youth to leave a patrol car in an area which was far from the police station, despite the fact that the boy was hurt. The court also sentenced Yehuda to an additional 150 hours community service for trying to obstruct justice.
