The prime minister did not implement recommendations made by the Wingorad Committee's interim report into the Second Lebanon War, said members of the committee, charged with investigating the government's management of last summer's war, on Wednesday. According to a report by Channel 10, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert did not ask to deliver a second testimony before the committee submits the second part of its report, due in October. The first report placed fundamental blame for failures Israel experienced during the war on Olmert.
