Woman killed, four other people injured in car accident near Adirim

A woman was killed and four people, including a baby, were moderately injured in a car accident near the town of Adirim on Tuesday morning, Army Radio reported. Magen David Adom teams took the injured to Afula's Ha'emek Hospital for treatment. On Monday night, a 52-year-old pedestrian was killed when she was hit by a car near a Beersheba shopping center. An initial investigation showed that the woman and her husband, who was lightly injured in the accident, were crossing the street in the dark, where there was no crosswalk.
