World leaders congratulate Livni on winning Kadima primary elections

Many world leaders on Thursday congratulated Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni on winning the Kadima primary elections.
Among those to congratulate Livni were US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and US Senator Hilary Clinton.
Livni also received missives from Egyptian President Husni Mubarak, as well as from the German and British foreign ministers.
