The IDF arrested two Palestinians south of Nablus on Monday morning who were on their way to carry out a suicide bombing in central Israel. One was presumed to be the intended suicide bomber and the other was suspected of being the would-be attacker's accomplice. Troops found an explosive belt in a bag which one of the men cast aside as he attempted to flee. Bomb sappers neutralized the explosives.
