Former Chief of Staff Moshe Ya'alon appeared before the Winograd Committee on Thursday for the second time in order to fill in missing information and discuss issues that arose from his previous testimony.
Ya'alon was asked at length about the organizational and conceptual changes in the structure of IDF ground forces during recent years and on relations between the military and political echelons.
On Sunday, outgoing Chief-of-Staff Dan Halutz will appear before the committee.
