Yesha Council: Gov't should be strengthening security, not Abu Mazen

In a statement issued Friday, the Council of Jewish Communities in Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip (Yesha), called a West Bank shooting attack that left two Israelis dead "a result of the government's reckless policy of releasing terrorists." According to an Army Radio report, the council demanded that the government disband a ministerial committee which is currently considering whether to ease the criteria for releasing Palestinian prisoners. "[The government should be reinforcing the security of Israeli citizens, not [strengthening] Abu Mazen," the statement said.
