Yigal Amir petitions HC on reduced phone time

The assassin of former prime minister Yitzhak Rabin, Yigal Amir, petitioned the High Court of Justice on Sunday after the Prison Service reportedly cut his phone privileges from three hours a day to one. Amir claimed that the decision was a violation of his rights.
