Young boy killed after crashing bicycle, suffering strong blow to the head

A seven-year-old boy was killed in a village in northern Israel Wednesday after crashing his bicycle and receiving a strong blow to the head.
A Magen David Adom team that arrived on the scene attempted to resuscitate the boy - who had not been wearing a helmet - but was unsuccessful, and the child was declared dead.
