Zahar: Hamas should use Israel's decision to free 'bloody-handed' prisoners

A Hamas leader says Israel's agreement to release Samir Kuntar as part of a prisoner exchange with Hizbullah is a chance to free Hamas men convicted of killing Israelis.
Mahmoud Zahar said Monday that Hamas should take advantage of Israel's decision "to release people whom Israel accused of having blood on their hands, like Samir Kuntar."
