Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni said at the General Assembly of the Jewish Federation in Los Angeles that "in the past summer, we experienced a confrontation between Israel and Iran."
She added, "Despite the war that took place in Lebanon, it was a country, Iran, and the Hizbullah organization as its proxy, which took advantage of Lebanon's weakness to promote an extremist and hate-filled agenda."
