Displays of alienation from Israel are on the rise among young Jews in the United States, according to a new study conducted by Professor Steven Cohen for the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs.
According to Israel Radio, the research showed that growing disaffection with Israel was in no way linked to the political outlook of the study's participants, and that the intermarried felt an even weaker connection to the Jewish state.
The study showed, however, that the older generation still had a strong sense of shared destiny with Israel.
