Dozens of apartments in Eilat will be offered to young couples for discounted prices this November in an agreement between Mayor Meir Yitzhak Halevi and Housing and Construction Minister Ze'ev Boim, reports www.local.co.il. The agreement will see apartments being offered for a 25 percent discount to eligible couples buying their first home. The report said the offer aimed to enable young couples to establish themselves in the city.
