According to a new survey, 57 percent of women in the Sharon area and 61% of women in the Gush Dan area will put on significant amounts of weight this winter. The survey, conducted on some 500 women around Israel, found that 50% of women in the Sharon will gain between one and five kilograms, while 7% will add five to 10 kg. Jerusalem and Beersheva women are slightly less likely to gain weight, with 45% of women there putting on one to 5kg. The survey was conducted by the "Teva Israel" company, which markets the Reductil weight-loss drug.
