Ramat Hasharon residents urged to stock up on water

On the night of July 22 as water supplies in the city will be disrupted by pipeline work.

Ramat Hasharon residents are being asked to stock up on drinking water on the night of July 22 as water supplies in the city will be disrupted by pipeline work that night, reports www.local.co.il. The city says the work will affect and probably cut off the water flow from 10 p.m. this Tuesday (July 22) until 8 a.m. the next morning, and urges residents to keep sufficient drinking water on hand in bottles and jugs to see them through the night. Private residents and farmers are also being urged not to water their gardens or farms between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 5 p.m. Wednesday in order to keep the pressure up in the city's storage tanks and prevent drinking water from running out too quickly.
