An American soldier has been killed and two wounded in a roadside bombing in Baghdad, the U.S. military said Saturday. A US statement said the attack occurred Friday night in the Iraqi capital but no further details have been released. The event was the first hostile fire death suffered by the US military in Iraq since two US soldiers died in a bombing Monday in the Iraqi capital.
