Abbas: No negotiations without settlement freeze

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas delivered a tough speech on peace-making with Israel Monday, saying there's no way he'll resume negotiations without an Israeli settlement freeze. Abbas also said that Israel was defined by the borders it had before the Six Day War and "not one centimeter more."
