Al-Aksa Martyrs' Brigades claimed responsibility for a car bomb detonated overnight Tuesday near the border fence between the Gaza Strip and Egypt. Earlier in the night, a group of twenty gunmen took over a Palestinian Interior Ministry building in Rafah and burned tires on the scene. They were protesting against the arrest of a suspect in the kidnapping case of three British human rights activists last week, Army Radio reported.
