Arab League Chairman Amr Moussa called Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas to tell him that the League could not transfer the funds which it promised to the PA's bank accounts. Moussa told Abbas that several countries within the Arab League feared that transferring the funds would harm their business relations with the United States, Israel Radio reported.
