Assad: 'Syria is not rearming Hizbullah'

Syria was not rearming Hizbullah, Syrian President Bashar Assad claimed in a French television interview quoted by Channel 10 Thursday morning. Assad also said he was against secret negotiations with Israel. Stating that any end result of negotiations would be public, he explained there was no reason to make negotiations secret, preferring to hold open talks with Israel.
