A suicide truck bomber crashed into the offices of a Kurdish political party on Sunday, killing at least 30 people and wounding over 100, including the mayor, Kurdish health officials said.
It was the second suicide attack in Kurdish areas of the north in four days.
The attack occurred four days after a truck bombing in Irbil, the capital of the Kurdish self-governing region, killed at least 15 people and wounding more than 100.
