Baghdad bombings kill 37, wound over 100

A parked minibus packed with explosives blew up Tuesday afternoon in a busy section of central Baghdad, killing 23 people and wounding 68 others, police said. A second car bombing in the Amil district in western Baghdad killed 15 people and wounded 36, police said.
