A car exploded in the northern Gaza Strip on Monday, wounding a Palestinian militant, officials said. The cause of the blast wasn't immediately clear. The blast occurred near Beit Hanun, a frequent launching ground for Palestinian rocket attacks on Israel. Islamic Jihad radio said its members were on a "holy mission" at the time of the explosion. The IDF was investigating the report.
