Egyptian source: We will only open Rafah crossing if PA controls it

Egypt will only open Rafah crossing when the Palestinian Authority takes control of it again, and will not tolerate even a "symbolic presence" of Hamas, an Egyptian source said Tuesday.
According to the source, quoted by Israel Radio, Egypt is demanding that Israel continue to uphold the border arrangement signed after the 2005 disengagement from the Gaza Strip and is not mulling a new agreement to facilitate the opening of the border crossing.
