Egyptians capture weapons in Sinai, foil arms smuggling into Gaza Strip

Egyptian police in Sinai captured a large weapons stockpile, which was intended to be smuggled to the Gaza Strip, Israel Radio reported Monday.
The stockpile included 170 mortar rockets and more than 200 anti-tank grenades.
Last week, Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Egypt was working efficiently to foil weapons smuggling into the Gaza Strip.
