Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salaam Fayad said Tuesday that Israel shouldn't celebrate its 60th anniversary while "Palestinians are suffering." Fayad said the festivities were out of place as long as Israel maintains soldiers and settlements in the West Bank. The remarks came in a speech before foreign dignitaries and Palestinian intellectuals in Ramallah.
