Hamas denied on Saturday a report that Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas had rejected Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh's foreign policy on ground that it was unclear and opposed to the current stance of the PA regarding peace talks with Israel.
Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said that the report was untrue, and that certain officials in the PA sought to create tension between Hamas and Fatah.
Abu Zuhri reiterated that no tension exists between his group, Hamas, and the Fatah.
