Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh declared on Sunday that the internal conflicts in Palestinian society would lead to the destruction of Palestinian interests. In a speech at a special assembly in the Gaza Strip, Haniyeh said that all factions of the Palestinian people must join ranks in order to strengthen the Palestinian cause. "We must do everything to prevent the possibility that the Palestinian people will degenerate into civil war, which is a red line. Our differences and problems, and our struggle - they must be against the occupation, and these internal disagreements must be arguments within the political sphere," he said.
