Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh expressed concern on Tuesday that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert would initiate an attack on the Gaza Strip in order to achieve a military victory in the wake of the Winograd Committee's scathing war report, Israel Radio reported. Haniyeh made the comments in Gaza after meeting with officials from the EU parliament.
