Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh on Tuesday urged armed Palestinian groups to refrain from terror attacks in the vicinity of the crossings between the PA and Israel.
Haniyeh called the crossings the Palestinians' "lifeline."
The prime minister's plea came after Palestinian security forces prevented an explosives-laden car from being driven through the Karni crossing.
