Former Iranian president, Muhammad Hatami, said in an interview to the Financial Times on Tuesday that Iran supports the creation of a Palestinian state side by side with Israel, as long as Hamas agrees.
"I think Hamas itself expressed readiness for the creation of a [Palestinian] state next to Israel if Palestinian's rights are honored," said Hatami.
