Hizbullah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Kassem denied that his organization paid off or received intelligence reports from former MK Azmi Bishara during the Second Lebanon War, in an interview with Al Jazeera Saturday evening. Kassam said that Israeli government was trying to divert attention from its own failures in the war, by placing blame on Bishara.
