Hizbullah operatives hoisted a Hizbullah flag near the Israel-Lebanon border, facing the Israeli town Metulla, Army Radio reported Thursday afternoon. Lebanese army soldiers and troops from UNIFIL, the peacekeeping UN force deployed in southern Lebanon, were later seen patrolling the area, but the flag was left in place.
