A parked car bomb targeting a funeral procession in the turbulent city of Fallujah on Thursday morning killed 20 people and wounded 35 others, medical officials said. The attack occurred about 9 a.m. in the city 65 kilometers west of Baghdad, officials said. The funeral was being held for a man killed Wednesday when militants broke into his restaurant and shot him. The funeral procession was on its way to the cemetery when the bomb exploded.
