A suicide car bomber exploded his payload Tuesday in a busy market near a bus station outside Ramadi, killing at least 10 people and wounding 25, police said. The attack occurred about 1 p.m. in the al-Jazeera district northeast of the provincial capital in an area that was not patrolled by the military, police Col. Tarik Yousif said.
