Islamic Jihad threatens violence over cartoons

The Islamic Jihad threatened on Friday to violently avenge the publication of Muhammad caricatures by the Danish press. During Friday prayers in Gaza, a senior member of the terrorist group pointed out that until now the group had shown restraint and limited their actions to demonstrations. However, he stressed, "If the honor of the prophet continues to be defamed, we will defend it with our blood and our lives."
