Jordan's military court on Thursday convicted a Jordanian-Palestinian man of fatally shooting a British tourist and sentenced him to death.
Nabeel Ahmed Issa al-Jaourah fired a pistol at the tourist and five other Westerners at Amman's famed Roman amphitheater three months ago while shouting the Muslim battle cry of "Allahu akbar," or "God is great."
